The Finnish couple were excited to spend the winter under a tropical sun. “We have been coming here for six months every year since then. This is our second home,” says Tuulikki. The octogenarian couple’s Goan day now begins with an hour-long walk on the Calangute beach, soaking in the morning sun. Many Europeans prefer a long stay in Goa — anywhere between two.
