Sara Ali Khan has been in news for quite some time. First, it was the delay in the release of her Bollywood debut Kedarnath which grabbed eyeballs, and then buzz had it that she has been roped in for Anushka Sharma's home production. But if the latest report in DNA is to be believed, Sara is not collaborating with Anushka for her second project.
A source told the daily that Sara has rejected the project since filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor wants her to concentrate on her debut project, and not sign any film until Kedarnath is wrapped up.
"Sara's debut film, Kedarnath will release in December next year. Abhishek Kapoor, who is directing the film, doesn't want her to sign any other film as he feels that will distract her from her first movie outing. The team will finish shooting the film around June next year and then, there's a lot of CGI work that needs to be done. Gattu wants Sara to concentrate completely on Kedarnath until the release of the film. Since Prernaa is the common link, the team mutually decided that Sara won't be doing Anushka's film anymore. But this development happened after a bit of an internal clash," said the source.
